ACTION ALERT!

MISSOURI HOUSE BILL 1328 WOULD REDEFINE HEMP-DERIVED THC PRODUCTS AS MARIJUANA AND ONLY ALLOW THEM TO BE SOLD IN LICENSED MARIJUANA DISPENSARIES

THIS WOULD GIVE THE MARIJUANA INDUSTRY A TOTAL MONOPOLY ON THE THC MARKET

A MESSAGE FROM MISSOURI HEMP TRADE ASSOCIATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS:

HOUSE BILL 1328 WOULD ELIMINATE A KEY SOURCE OF REVENUE FROM THE HEMP INDUSTRY. NOT ONLY WOULD THIS DESTROY THE LIVELIHOODS OF THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE EMPLOYED BY MISSOURI HEMP COMPANIES, IT WOULD END OUR ABILITY TO FINANCE EXPANSION INTO SEED AND FIBER HEMP COMMODITY APPLICATIONS. I’M ASKING YOU TO HELP BY

CONTACTING YOUR STATE REPRESENTATIVE (LOOK UP AT WWW.HOUSE.MO.GOV) AND TELL THEM THAT YOU OPPOSE HOUSE BILL 1328.

ASK OTHER HEMP FARMERS, MANUFACTURERS, AND RETAILERS TO JOIN OUR ASSOCIATION.

THERE IS STRENGTH IN NUMBERS

PROTECT THE FUTURE OF MISSOURI’S HEMP INDUSTRY

We Need Your Support

WE HAVE TO KILL THIS BILL OR THE HEMP INDUSTRY IN MISSOURI DIES.

Your action and support are critical to helping us stop Missouri HB #1328. This Missouri House Bill will remove all the tetrahydrocannabinol from hemp definition, placing them under the marijuana regulations. This would remove all hemp-derived Delta products from the hemp industry shelves and place these products in dispensaries under the control of the Department of Cannabis regulation. Also there in mind that the current Department of Cannabis Regulation has put into place the banning of all isomerizations. These rules and regulations are not about safety concerns, public safety, nor the efficiency of products. It is about more control over the market for the marijuana industry. While they talk about legalization and decriminalization, it’s only for the vision of cannabis. The hemp industry is cannabis too. It's time we learn to fight.

How can you support the hemp industry? Please start with joining our Association. We have been fighting this battle in Jefferson City for several years and can continue to do so with your help. We are graciously accepting pledges to help us fight these critical issues in a timely manner. Blow is a copy of the current bill already sent to committee in the legislature.
