DEA Actions As We Learn Them

We want to inform everyone of DEA actions as we learn them. This is not legal advice from MO Hemp Trade Association and encourage you to seek your own legal counsel.

1. Farm Bill never once says must be naturally occurring in the plant. It states derived from the hemp plant.

2. DEA does not write laws, and this is only the opinion of one person from the DEA.

3. DEA also wrote an opinion letter that delta 8 was a schedule one drug then changed its “opinion” once it better understood the laws.
